Vegetable Pizza
Ingredients
- Pillsbury Pizza crust
- 1/2 c chopped asparagus
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1/4 c black olives, sliced
- 1 TB minced garlic
- 1/2 c crumbled feta cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Chop asparagus into 1/4 inch pieces
- Rinse artichoke hearts so that they are not soaked in the oil
- Slice artichoke hearts lengthwise (about 4 slices per heart)
- Unroll pizza dough onto cookie sheet
- Rub garlic onto dough
- Sprinkle asparagus, artichoke hearts and olives evenly over dough
- Sprinkle feta cheese on top
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until crust is golden brown
